Why this mastermind is different:

APPLICATION ONLY

Because a Mastermind is only as good as its members, we ensure the members are experienced. There is a credit requirement to apply: Actors must have at least 10 network/studio union credits, Writers must have at least 2 network/studio credits or 1 season of television, Directors must have at least 2 network/studio credits (episodic or full length feature), Producers must have 5 network/studio credits (episodic or full length feature).

If you don't have the credits, the only way in is by completing Hollywood Elite with Erica.

In addition to the credit requirements, we also interview everyone to make sure they are super cool human beings who have a lot to contribute to the group. It is a MUST to have a positive attitude, a willingness to take leaps often, and to be a team player.

Through the course of a year, we will meet virtually via Zoom video chat once a month for our mastermind. This is where you will discuss your goals for the months, any challenges you're facing, or anything you need support around.

During each weekend retreat, we will have 1-2 (depending on availability) celebrity mentors and/or industry experts come and answer questions about your personal goals and share their experiences of what success looks and feels like at their level.

I am BEYOND EXCITED for our first Celebrity Mentor, Shantel VanSanten*! With over 130 episodes of television under her belt, Shantel is an actress who has been a series regular 5 times on shows like The Messengers (CW), and most recently Shooter (USA). Shantel also recurred on The Flash as Patty Spivot. One of her most memorable roles was Quinn James on One Tree Hill, which has maintained a strong fan phenomenon, even 6.5 years off the air.

I've worked in network tv non-stop for a year!

Frequently Asked Questions
  • How long is the Mastermind? The Mastermind is one year long, from March 1, 2019 to March 1, 2020.
  • Can I leave or quit at any time? While we are only looking for people who are fully committed and ready to make this next year a true breakthrough year, you must commit for at least 6 months. However, no refunds will be given at any time.
  • Can I get a refund if I'm not happy? No, we do not give any refunds. But this Mastermind is going to blow your mind and you're going to be oh-so-happy! Please only apply if this feels like a true "HELL YES!!" for you!
  • How often can I talk to Erica privately? You have access to Erica through the voice app Voxer. Erica will answer your questions there Monday through Friday, 9am - 5:30pm. You can reach out to your Mastermind group any time in our private Facebook group!
  • How is this different from Erica's coaching program? While Hollywood Elite, Erica's private coaching program, is more focused on 1-on-1 work, Hollywood Platinum is focused on the Mastermind work. But Platinum also includes the unlimited coaching with Erica, so you're getting so much more with Platinum! Plus, hello, celebrities! Oh, and luxury retreats! And Hollywood Platinum is primarily for people who are further along in their career (you must meet credit requirements listed above to apply).
  • How does the application process work? When you feel like Platinum is a "HELL YES!!!" for you, fill out the application and submit to us. Once we receive your application, we will reach out to you within 24 hours to set up a call and chat more about Platinum. If it feels like a good fit on both ends, we will welcome you to Hollywood Platinum and you can do a dance party in your living room because things are about to get reeeeaaal good in your life!
  • What are the dates of the weekend retreats? The first retreat will be April 13 - 14, 2019. The other dates have not been announced yet, but we will let you know as soon as they're planned!
A note from Erica
Two years ago, I had a vision of a Mastermind.

I wanted to create a space for people who were further along in their careers, but still had big dreams ahead of them. I wanted to bring celebrity mentors to these people to help guide them, and I wanted to do it in a luxury location that made them feel connected to the next level.

Two years.

I didn't do it because I was scared. And because I felt unworthy.
